Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with the items you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage & packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow 2 weeks from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Will there be additional duties or taxes payable on my purchase?

We do not add additional taxes onto your purchase. You will need to check the local customs duties that may apply to your country. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.
